    The good thingsteam work, good environment, too many thing i will learn and get this as good thing for my self and can improve attitude, skill works.

    The challenges1. Need to set up the operation of the hotel within short period. 2. Dealing with various of suplier to order the hotel needs. 3. Organized manpower for the capsule hotel. 4. Dealing with the licensing for the capsule hotel. 5. Work out monthly and yearly budget. 6. Dealing with all the company department such as HR, Accounts, Procurement,Admin,I.T and Asset department for operation request.
