Good place to learn and grow
The good things-Lots of things you can learn. (A place to grow especially you're inexperienced/ a stage for you to shine if you like to perform) -Different characteristic & races of colleagues (diversity of culture) -Very supportive colleagues. -Positive vibes. -Some useful training is provided. -Reachable by public transport (Citta center only) -Children are cute. -Hygiene. (The school like to sanitize everything)
The challenges-A bit hard to apply annual leave. -Doesn't really appreciate staff's contribution. -Work load increases, but salary and welfare didn't. -Back to back classes without proper lunch time. -Some useful training only projected but never happen (eg first aid training) -Limited space in office. -Need to move around the school to look for a free place to do your resources if you don't have your own class. (Bangsar center) -Might need you to travel between center. -No bonus and little increment with T&C apply. -Not reachable by public transport (Bangsar center) -Limited parking spot around, unless you're willing to park farrer. (Bangsar center) -Management always say that the school don't have enough money, but still buy a lot of stuff just for temporary use. -Turn over rate for teachers are quite high (especially recent years, a lot of experienced teachers left).

    A unique working experience
The good thingsThe environment of the school is amazing. All the staffs and teachers practice positive communication, very nice and supportive of each other. Almost like a second family and a second home.
The challengesIt gets frustrating when there are so many last-minute changes, unclear instructions and unorganized management. Salary is average and not much room for growth.

    Great people, Poor Top Management
The good thingsThe colleagues you will find there are the best people that you will ever meet. They will be the ones who will support you can make the other bad things at this workplace look not so bad. The children are lovely to teach and it is wonderful to come to work to see their little faces every day.
The challengesThe top management needs to learn to be more organize and they need to learn to listen to their staff more. They need to realize that working and living in KL is expensive and their staff deserves better. They need to support their staff more.

    Unique work culture
The good thingsEveryone is appreciated for their unique skills and talent. Employees are encouraged to do what that love, express their best selves, and share ideas. We are continuously growing through changes, education and training and opportunities we create for ourselves.
The challengesEvery organisation have challenges. It is how we turn them into opportunities that matters. Getting an increment, for example. We all have to work hard, allow ourselves to be in a difficult situation and be a continuous learner in order to earn trust and reap the results of growth.

    Great platform for experience
The good thingsThe environment is very welcoming and the open communication policy practiced here makes working and getting information seamless. Positivity is greatly encouraged and there's always a good relationship between the school and the parents making it easy for the teachers to convey any message to the parents.
The challengesThe school doesn't have a designated parking and lunch is not provided. But alot of restaurants are available nearby.
