The good thingsGreat team, great leader, serious on emphasise on training. A really positive company, willing to give opportunity to those who ask of it. Great product, easy to gain experiences. Have orientation on new people. Will give company vision and mission on interview. Values learning and growing, integrity and honesty, people who demand excellence, loves customer and community, innovative and creativity, and really values teamwork.
The challengesIt’s a growing company so it need a team to make it better, hoping that the work hour is better so worker can enjoy life more than just become another worker. Need better way to reach customer, more variety of product, more merchandise, and definitely bigger team.
