    not encouraging for fresh grade/ Basically 0 work life balance
    The good thingsThe only good thing is they like to sell you hope and motivation thingy but in action not really. i suggest have to really understand what they are doing before join as they wont tell you much in the first place.
    The challengesSUPER High turnover rate, not encourage for fresh grade. JET. basically has no work life balance, you need to work extra hour and your manager will come out something to "force" you to join their night activities after work, like dinner or somethings else. this is totally not healthy. basically you will not have your own time with your family or friends. your world is like Work and Work only. changing/ lowering the commission scheme is something common in this company practice.

    The good thingsFriendly environment and colleagues that are willing to help.
    The challengesAlways got long working hours and works during weekend and even public holidays due to customers always disturb you and call you solve their problem. 24/7 on the call. Salary and commission very low and company very calculative (even though they try pretend that they are not). They will sell you dreams, make false promises and make you believe you can earn a lot which not true.. better work elsewhere.

    The good thingsgiving chances to everyone no matter from what industry, fresh grad, willing to spend time to guide and learn where i cannot get from many companies. opportunities to grow ourselves into leadership role and become owner of company, not just being sales person forever for company. Income wise there are alot of campaign and incentives, multiple sources to generate commission
    The challengesthere are many products to remember and propose, however without diversify business will not able to grow big.
