    A company with a quite good benefit
    The good things10 years as an admin. Employer kwsp 17.5%, OT x 2, lot of Public holiday, 14month salary, insurance and medical, company dinner, insurance commision, quite high annual increment constantly.
    The challengesWith a good benefit given by company, u must have a strong mental and heart, a lot of paperwork, strict employees code of conduct, but whatever it is, it depends on how u bring urself in the company

    The good thingsTHEY PROVIDE US MEDICAL INSURANCE EVENTHOGH DEDUCTED FROM SALARY & STILL HAVE BONUSES 2 MONTH ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE A HIGHEST PROFIT
    The challengesCUSTOMER NEED SHORT TIME TO DO SERVICE BUT MANAGEMENT WANT TO GET A LOT OF CAR EVENTHOUGH MANPOWER NO ENOUGH ON THAT TIME. MANAGEMENT DON'T CARE HOW TIRED WE ARE TO SETTLE IT , WHAT WE FEEL IS AFTER THEY PAID US SALARY , THEY CAN DEMAND ANYTHING .
