    think properly before you join, a lot trouble and problem will come to u
    The good thingscolleague overall good, still got some problematic ppl
    The challengesmanagement poor, after resign still have to wait few month for salary, politic company, Work hard does not be seen by the top management and review by other ppl mouth, terrible

    A company with a quite good benefit
    The good things10 years as an admin. Employer kwsp 17.5%, OT x 2, lot of Public holiday, 14month salary, insurance and medical, company dinner, insurance commision, quite high annual increment constantly.
    The challengesWith a good benefit given by company, u must have a strong mental and heart, a lot of paperwork, strict employees code of conduct, but whatever it is, it depends on how u bring urself in the company
