    Good but mental health are low. Not appreciated from upper level.
    The good thingsColleagues are good team mate and professional. The atmosphere is okay with colleagues. Benefit good such as insurance and panel clinics.
    The challengesBut management is now busy following the flow and process from HQ. It should be mandatory to follow the labor act in Malaysia, it is a benefit and condition to protect the welfare and rights of workers in Malaysia. Don't just think about profit and want to perform in front of the boss.

    I had a good experience meeting great colleagues, but management needs to improve not only in management practices but also in their managerial skills

    The challengesThe upper position often prioritized office politics over effectively managing our team, which created additional challenges in our work environment. No direction and the purpose of the task. Also lack of communication skill is the worst things

    The challengesNo provide any training to new comers. Old staffs & HOD are Taiji Master / artists with the Bossy culture. Management only know to blame people when issue happen in the company. Heavy workload.

    The good thingsNo company political culture. Easy to communicate and very open for discussion. They really helpful for teaching thing. Good to get along with Chinese Malay, Indian.

    Not really recommended for fresh/senior.
    The good thingsOvertime paid. Cafe inside. PCBA manufacturing.
    The challengesNo proper guideline/training of work from senior. Management taiji include own boss. Lack equipment and tools, even buy using own money. Requestor not helpful/cooperate while we actually try solve company problems. Already propose to improve the work flow, but nothing happens.

    Salary no so high reduction again @ medical only 55 ringgit , based currently medical fee how to sustain . Only coverage offer mgr level , for medium level benefit no so good .

    The challengesWant tolerance , got issue all Tajik mater . For high level got somebody sit in office either walk only see . Experience is so so only , in reality fact no so much expert .
