    Good but mental health are low. Not appreciated from upper level.
    The good thingsColleagues are good team mate and professional. The atmosphere is okay with colleagues. Benefit good such as insurance and panel clinics.
    The challengesBut management is now busy following the flow and process from HQ. It should be mandatory to follow the labor act in Malaysia, it is a benefit and condition to protect the welfare and rights of workers in Malaysia. Don't just think about profit and want to perform in front of the boss.

    Good for fresher engineer
    The good thingsNo company political culture. Easy to communicate and very open for discussion. They really helpful for teaching thing. Good to get along with Chinese Malay, Indian.
    The challengesNo good benefit as like big company. But, it's okay to work for gain experience.

    The challengesDon't have proper direction from superior. Like to show off with inexperience of senior ppl. Salary & Benefits from company is incompatible with market. Worst experience . Pls do survey before join.
