A very professional and systematic company, sometimes people will try to take advantages from it.
The good thingsA very systematic workplace, everything was in order. Mistake can easily be traced and reduce. The manager are always available for advises. A calm working place even when there's an issue . A very suitable place to settle down and the paid is good.
The challengesIf everything were done in order and accordingly , the wouldn't be any challenge's to overcome. Need some time to jell with the system.

In the face of adversity, we didn't just meet expectations; we exceeded them, achieving remarkable success that left a lasting impact. My time at Kajima not only enriched my professional growth but also provided me with invaluable lessons in teamwork, perseverance, and the power of a supportive work environment.
The good thingsWorking at Kajima was truly an enriching experience, largely thanks to the incredible camaraderie fostered by our friendly colleagues and the exceptional teamwork that defined our every project. It was a privilege to be part of such a supportive environment where collaboration was not just encouraged but celebrated. My time there was a testament to the power of teamwork, and I'm grateful for the lasting friendships and professional growth it afforded me
The challengesWorking Kajima was indeed a challenge, but it was within this pressure-cooker environment that our team truly shone. Despite the relentless deadlines, we banded together, leveraging our collective skills and determination to surpass expectations. Our ability to deliver exceptional results under such constraints stands as a testament to our resilience, resourcefulness, and unwavering commitment to excellence. It's through these trials that we forged not only great achievements but also lasting bonds and invaluable lessons that continue to propel us forward.

Great Working Environment with Average Benefits and Perks
The good thingsThere are so many wonderful things about working for the company. I love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge. Everyone is good at things that they are doing. There is a genuine spirit of cooperation and shared goals that I have not found at other corporations
The challengesFiguring out how to be part of a new work culture can at times be frustrating. Get to know your coworkers by working on team projects. This promotes common interests, builds trust, and allies. Ask questions if you don't understand something. Be friendly and respectful. Your good attitude, manners, and work habits will show that you are a professional.

    QS in Design & Built
The good thingsI enjoyed working for this company because you are able to work hand in hand with the architects, structural & mechanical engineers. Working in the same roof makes a QS job slightly easier as you are able to liaise directly with the designers themselves. You are also able to learn how pricings of BQ is done when working with the suppliers.
The challengesDesigns are often not firmed because this company handles design and built projects. And way of measuring the quantity becomes too general because you need to be able get a quick quantity for the building. I would recommend this place after you have pursued your career in a consultant firm or atleast have an extensive knowledge of measurement and contracts.

    Contracts Manager
The good thingsGood pay master that ease the works for Contract team. Specialist in factory and shopping complex project. Reporting direct to GM and MD. Working environment as a family. Easy to get along with majority of the people except a few that very hard to deal with. Very enjoy at me beginning and mid working life but not the last few years. I work there for nineteen and a half years (19.5) there.
The challengesLong working hours is the most challenging task in the company. Design and built base Japanese Contractor, Must be able to deal with Japanese, understand their 'Japlish', Time target for task assigned is consider most challenging, as you are involve in tendering projects for the company. Must be a good drinker to mix around with all team mate.
