    The good thingsnothing is good in this company, you will not gain any respect from management .
    The challengesHR team should be a bridge to communicate between staff and management, unfortunately the HR team here fail to do so. terrible team that i encounter throughout my career .

    Working culture & Benefit of staff
    The good thingssome existing staff is Gain new experience with a lot of works given .
    The challenges1.Working culture not healthy,all staff keep pushing works around to others with not fulfill their own duty. 2.workload alot but benefit less 3.HR and management did not take care of local staff welfare, 4.Management only wanted staff to obey and not to give any opinion. 5.Confuse with the direction that management given.
