    The good thingsms office word, excel and access, invoice, official receipt, typewrite and calculator very speed and lorry frieight book write credit note and debit note .
    The challengesif focus work select 5 , if work many too mean wrong problem. have 5 work will right clear.

    The challengesTop management was lacking skills to manage well, always behind the schedule, rush project plan with poor communication and rushing over multiple projects. Also, end contract without inform early where leave contract worker in anxiousness and low motivation to work. Not professional working style.

    The good thingsFriendly working environment & multi task gives more experiences
    The challenges1. There are too many multi task work (helping other departments) until own work can’t be done. 2. Late and keep delayed to prepare the new contract after earlier contract has over. Some case they not informed earlier whether to renew or end the contract, so it’s at own risk if not standby a new job

    The good thingsCaring coworkers and a friendly working environment. it was nice to meet new customers at the department store and able to practicing my English everyday when a foreign customer wish for our help related to the material they want.
    The challengesi wish that the company could give more benefits to the staff in terms of a group staff takes holiday or a trip together because it helps to strengthen staff bonding between manager and staff at each branch more.

    Old management, Multi-task in a average pay
    The good thingsLearning about merchandising and buying and to the designing
    The challengesToo many task given and must complete in a same day. The management are so pushy to get the work done in a one day itself. And to get confirmed after probation also are an issue, they will dragged it until few months, really have to asked for so many times to know the status. Bonus also not payable after a 1-2 yrs completed a job.
