    The good thingsGood environment with supportive colleagues.
    The challengesTop management was lacking skills to manage well, always behind the schedule, rush project plan with poor communication and rushing over multiple projects. Also, end contract without inform early where leave contract worker in anxiousness and low motivation to work. Not professional working style.

    The good thingsFriendly working environment & multi task gives more experiences
    The challenges1. There are too many multi task work (helping other departments) until own work can’t be done. 2. Late and keep delayed to prepare the new contract after earlier contract has over. Some case they not informed earlier whether to renew or end the contract, so it’s at own risk if not standby a new job
