Great growth trajectory for your career
The good things- Salary increment is proportional to your impact on the business metrics. It can range from 5% to 40% year on year - Horizontal hierarchy helps voicing any issues really quickly - Work from home, flexible timing
The challenges- Apart from the salary, there is no fancy freebies - Medical insurance is a little low

    Great Place To Learn
The good thingsFlexible working hours, casual dress code, open space office, free drinks from office vending machine, fast-paced and allows you to learn a lot. Everyone here is friendly as most employees are in their 20s or early 30s.
The challengesInefficient workflow; working overtime is quite normal; higher-ups like to emphasize on flat hierarchy and open communication but get very defensive when employees give criticism. Parking is difficult/expensive in the area.
