Not worth your energy and passion.
The good thingsThe good thing about this company it is accessible by public transport and the colleague (other than the management team) is quite supportive and great to work with.
The challengesLOW BALLING SALARY. OPPORTUNIST, ALWAYS TAKE ADVANTAGES ON EMPLOYEES. INSTRUCTIONS NEVER CLEAR, BUT IF SOMETHING WENT WRONG THE STAFF WILL BE THE FIRST TO BE BLAME. BEING CHEAP WITH PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, THEY SEEMS LIKE TO MAKE THE EMPLOYEE WORK ON PH. DONT LET ME START ON HOW THEY TALK TO YOU IF YOURE NOT THEIR FAVES..

    Strange and Unclear Interview Experience
The good thingsEasy to commute via public transport
The challengesThe interview initially seemed fine, but the overall experience felt strange. The office was almost empty, and I later learned the actual department is based in Terengganu. During the interview, I was asked to explain in detail how to market their shoes, and the evaluation felt more like real work than an interview. The manager wrote down my ideas, which made me uncomfortable. I was also told I would need to travel from Puchong to Terengganu for a one-week orientation, even though no job offer had been made. The HR process also felt rushed and unprofessional. I was asked to complete and email a form on a Sunday, which is not a working day in Selangor. In the end, I was not hired. Overall, the process lacked clarity and professionalism.

overall, company give me the best working experience ever, and im learning a lot, too bad kena berhenti sebab sambung belajar, hoping to get work again with the company.
The good things1) The atmosphere was great, banyak rakan sekerja yang membantu dan supportive. 2) You reap what you sow, kalau kejar sale and you give the best then you will get the best from the company. 3) Leader yang memahami keperluan staff dia 4) Fun sebab most of the worker dekat sana hampir sebaya dan semua happening.
The challenges1) every company ada pasang surut dia, tapi untuk kasut u, sekali dah masuk peak season dia, kaw kaw customer datang, penat woo, tapi after that masyukkk

    Buat sakit mental boleh la.
The good things1. No clear instruction from HQ. Always change. 2. Outlet confused to take any instruction. (hari ni lain, esok lain, lusa buat balik yang asal) 3. Toxic environment (from HQ team) 4. High turnover cause of the environment. 5. Politic structure (jilat dapat lebih) 6. Stole someone idea and not giving any credit to the creator. 7. HR on the company side (Staff selalu jadi mangsa keadaan) 8. Raya PH change to replacement (cuba kau punya cuti raya tapi kena kerja, apa kau rasa?) 9. Mostly team HQ lack of experience. 10. Training at HQ, but like give extra help for their team only. zero knowledge collected.
    The challenges1. Worst experience ever.

Everything is always last minute and communication is a mess. Not all public holidays are given, we still have to work on Christmas, Deepavali, Wesak, and Nuzul Quran. The Head of Accounts is rude, simply sound people and does not speak directly. she will talk to others our fault. It is not just me who complained, others did too. The manager only talks to his favourite people only. Salary is late but usually comes before the 7th. HR is slow to respond and takes too long to confirm staff after probation. Any ideas I give get rejected straight away, then I get blamed for not contributing. What they said during the interview is different from the reality. The job scope is unclear and I get blamed for passing my work to someone else.don't know how many star should i give.
