A work place with zero RED TAPEThe good thingsIn most organization, "red tape" culture can hold back a team member, a project, even a whole organization. However at KBJ throughout my years of service with KBJ, never once I had to encounter the issue of red tape.
I personally had the opportunity to work with the Board of Directors and I must be they are result driven which was in line with my work principals.
I was able to speak my mind and explain the pro's and con's of a situation. Of course at times our opinions will differ.
If you want to learn in and out about retailing, then KBJ is the place. The Directors (GMD & MD) will allocate their time to teach and share their knowledge, however as an employee, we have to pick up fast.
No organization is prefect, however we make the best out of each situation. End of the day, what do you desire to achive.
The challengesUsed to be very much on old school of thoughts, whereby lots of paper work, however things have improved tremendously and everyone is moving towards digitalization.
