    Totally bad experience join here. Think it twice or triple before make your mind to join this ORG.
    The good thingsTotally bad onboarding system. 1st day join there get to know the internal having issue and the Management GMD questioning back as disagree to hire the HR? Why 1st thing brought into your mind and get someone in as agreed by other Director before you questioning someone again for reassesss your capability??? Out of your mind.. As HR there, you will face the disrespect from the GMD that they are not done and nor discuss among themselves and wait for the new comer onboarding to judge again and kick you out.
    The challengesVery traditional ways and no improvement.. If you like the ways what is it..You can go and join this company. Other than that very unprectable. Someone would like to change but someone doesn't..Very dilemma decision made.
