    The challengesLimited long-term career growth due to unclear role structures and lack of defined development pathways. Management approach can be highly hands-on, and processes are still evolving, which may not suit those seeking structured progression.

    The good thingsThe C-level executives and staff are mostly grounded and kind. The company is currently undergoing a major transformation. This ongoing changes within the company mean that proactive employees who are eager to take initiative will thrive. It's an opportunity for competent employees who are eager to to make an impact. Generally, a healthy & supportive work culture and environment.
    The challengesLocation could be challenging as it's located in Pulau Indah. Some of the staffs would need improvement on communication and enhance their execution.

    Demotivated and frustrated because company not seen bad attitude and behavior among middle management.

    The challengesMental attacked, scolded, underestimate and humiliated infront public office. Middle management keep using bad words towards staffs and point blamed every problem caused. No teamwork among management with staffs. HR always side company.

    The challengesPoor management and they do not listen to others. Push away the mistakes and responsibilities to downline. No teamwork across departments. Benefits and Public Holiday List are low.

    Nice company, with high standard, however, bad management
    The good thingsColleagues and managers are so fun to work with. Flexi working hour. They are using high quality of standard.
    The challengesLow benefits for employee, doesn't take all national public holiday, very low amount of annual leave provided. Annual leave is given pro-rate by month, which may be difficult for the employee to plan for his leave as the AL = EL. No OT provided. Bad management, typical family-involved company.

    The good thingsall collogues very helpful. have bi-weekly engagement event. staff purchase at low price than market. have nursing room for breastfeeding mommies,
    The challengesNo Overtime anymore. basic salary already low and now OT is prohibited. benefit for staff is very low compare to other food company.

    The challengesWhen I was just started, 3 people got resigned. After I resigned, 2 of other colleagues resigned as well. Due to nonsense workload and bad management.

    Working colleague is fun, but company related things not so.
    The good thingsWorking colleague is friendly and supportive. New office is super good and comfortable. Have free meal also.
    The challengesAt least 44 working hours per week. Company only took national holiday and not state holiday. Working location at Pulau Indah is challenging in terms of travel and distance. Payday also not fixed, expect it can be late 1 or 2 days.
