    The good thingsThe company provide me lots of experience by working in two department: administration and human resources. I am able to understand the scope of administrative tasks and human resources in health service. I am also able to increase my public relation skills by communicating with the doctors, the administrative officers, HR officers, accountant officers and and also top management.
    The challengesthey have 6 working days which i find it quite challenging as it is usually 5 working days. However, they also have flexible hours which can encourage practical students like me to learn other new things. Thus I am also able to understand the differences between each services working hours. Probably health service hours may be quite long due to provide best services for their clients and patients. Thus, there is reason why their working days is 6
