this is my first work experience so i might rate is as 5/10
The good thingsget bonus if the chicken price are increase but still depends on management approval for it.
The challengesworking environment, the salary paid are really low for me, instead person who only have SPM qualification and the experience had are considered same as me were paid much more than myself. No career enhancement also hard to get increment
