    Good colleagues but very poor management
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues. Teammates will guide and teach you whenever you have any difficulties on task given. Have team buildup every 2-3 months and training class once in a week. Will gain a lot of experience while working there.
    The challengesNo epf, socso, eis during probation period (probation up to 6 months or more). Low salary to even compare with the workload given. The training class speaker were presented by own company staff that are below 5 years of experiences and you need to make one-time-payment, RM10 to attend the class, you'll be force to joint even if you're just an intern in the office. Opinions will hardly be accepted by upper hand. Short of staff so no work life balance as need to work overtime and some staff will sometimes have to work from 8.30am-10pm or even up to 12am because need to finish a lot of work. No OT is given, only will be replace as work leave or performance allowance (that's the bare minimum). If didn't work overtime, the work on the next day will multiple and that will really stress you out. Also, need to fulfill office cleaning duty, which obviously not your job, didn't get it done, have penalty RM1 for each duty (ex: have 5 duty per week, forgot to do, pay RM5).

    Good colleague but poor working environment
    The good thingsThe colleague is good and they can teach if you not understand with any of the job given. Plus, you will learn a lot while u working there.
    The challengesHere have no work life balance. And dont have OT. Employees will acknowledge that company not provide OT but sometimes feel like being forced to work overtime. The staff benefit is also poor.
