For me, Kewpie is a good place to work and grow. The people are supportive, the environment is friendly, and there are opportunities to upskill. Of course, not everything is perfect, communication and processes still need work but overall the company is doing well and getting bigger every year.The good thingsThe team and management are supportive, and it’s quite easy to work with others. Work–life balance is manageable, and the company also organizes events like dinners, trips, and family carnivals. The bonus is also good (around 3 months). Training is provided to help us improve our skills.
The challengesSometimes communication between the KL office and Melaka HQ is not smooth, but it’s getting better compared to before. The company is also going through a lot of changes, so there’s still space to improve.
