    The good thingsI enjoyed working as a part-time crew member at KFC, gaining valuable first-hand work experience. I learned new skills and became familiar with workplace procedures, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and developing strong teamwork abilities. I also found satisfaction in providing excellent service and seeing customers leave happy and smiling.
    The challengesDuring busy periods, especially peak seasons such as Christmas, I faced high volumes of customers, which taught me how to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks under pressure. These experiences helped me improve my communication skills and develop confidence in managing demanding situations professionally.

    Smile, greetings and complimentary closing towards customers make employees discipline about the top.
    The good thingsTeam work with cook ,back up and cashier team on handling customers on peak hours,it's always maximum pressure time line but at end of shift we all feel relieved and satisfied with no customers complain.
    The challengesLong working hours most of time it's insensitive for example finish work at 10 pm but we punch out 12 pm upon change shift the finish shift member will support the starting shift member to clear customer, refill stock,standby products, cleaning and sanitizing equipment it's actually all fast food culture .

    The good thingsIts really a great experience working with my team member of friends, they really a teamwork, cheerfully, happy go lucky, and my leader is such a good lead, he's always maintain our works, many things he will try to maintain the positivity within his co-workers, with my members, we have so much fun while working, we enjoy to taking orders from customer, sometimes, its really exhausted but i do really love giving my service to customers, i like to communicate with customers its really a great experience.
    The challengesnothing that bad, its just really exhausted because we serve customers with mental and physical, but its our job to maintain the positivity and have to patience with whatever customer behaviors because the company put customers always right, so that's why in this job you just need more patience when face the customers, so far, when I was work here, I have no problem with handling my emotions cause I always put customers first.
