    The good thingsI enjoyed working as a part-time crew member at KFC, gaining valuable first-hand work experience. I learned new skills and became familiar with workplace procedures, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and developing strong teamwork abilities. I also found satisfaction in providing excellent service and seeing customers leave happy and smiling.

    Smile, greetings and complimentary closing towards customers make employees discipline about the top.
    The good thingsTeam work with cook ,back up and cashier team on handling customers on peak hours,it's always maximum pressure time line but at end of shift we all feel relieved and satisfied with no customers complain.
    The challengesLong working hours most of time it's insensitive for example finish work at 10 pm but we punch out 12 pm upon change shift the finish shift member will support the starting shift member to clear customer, refill stock,standby products, cleaning and sanitizing equipment it's actually all fast food culture .
