    Overall, the working experience here is good. The workplace is pleasant and the people are also nice and good. The employee benefits also aligned with market standards when compared to other local Malaysian companies. The biggest disadvantage is the office is very far from where I stay.

These experiences allow me to contribute to process improvements, introduce innovative ideas and drive meaningful changes. Being part of these initiatives has not only added value to the company but also enriched my personal and professional growth.
    The challengesDriving change management across the organization has been challenging as some remain comfortable with existing processes and practices. Resistance to new ideas can make transformation efforts slow and complex. Therefore, patience and persistence are essential as meaningful change cannot be achieved overnight. It requires time, consistent engagement and a long-term commitment.

    The good thingsThe working-level people are nice to work with. Work-life balance and open door management team. Equal distribution of tasks in my team, Regular and open feedback, & Two-way performance reviews.
    The challengesThe challenging part is that some older technologies are still being used, some tasks are still manual, and there is a need to upgrade.
