    The challengesTough boss to deal. You need to be very adaptive. bossy is not professional. No work life balance. Different type of management people as you must take the challenge to suit to it.

    The good thingsI worked closely with the management of the company and that really helped to guide me. Top Management with great vision and mission, always see things in ahead and will never be fall behind. A boss willing to spend more money in investing the company for company to grow bigger and bigger, so as to compete with international standard.
    The challengesYou will never feel bore of working with this company as every day is a new day, a lot of new things you can learn from time to time. Besides ISO certified company, we had obtained CIDB , Eco Labelling certification from Sirim and we are not going to stop here. There are always room for improvement, in terms of leadership, quality, machinery, new technology and etc.

    The good thingsSelf-learner is a must for this type of manufacturing company. have to be independent since no proper training programme provide. Can have more experience since try and error method can be applied, thats is one way of learning method.

    Company vision
    The good thingsGroup Managing Director has great vision, mission and goal. He wanted to bring up company to another level, make the product brand ti be well known and with good quality and durability. We already certified to ISO 9001 and plan in 2 years time to get ISO 14001. We already got UL Green Guard certification from USA and now plan to get Eco Labelling for our product from Singapore Environment Council
    The challengesChallenging part is as mentioned above, as our company is producing tiles and our raw material is clay. During process, we create dust in between and our main goal is to get ISO 14001 which is very much concern in environment, therefore we must set up a lot ventilation system and chimney to overcome the dust emission issue.
