    The good thingsCompany benefits are suit well. Provided free meal during lunch. Not so much team within department. Scale combination department in the factory such as (HR & Finance ) under same superior for reporting.
    The challengesFast-paced environment, practice no work life balance style. Some might due extra work within JD, result -oriented & super micromanaging Management. Need to strongly adaptive with the culture.
