The challengeslousy company i ever experience with. this is family business as long u good in flattering management then u good to go, as they will assign you the impossible task which even they cannot achieve one in century & will find fault on you if failed it. Lastly turn out they will demote & transfer u to rural area forced urslf to resign.
there is no training program nor mentor or supervisor guide for new staff. they just put u in the position and giving bunch of task and let you hitting the wall.
