The history of KIM TECK CHEONG GROUP (KTC) can be traced back to 1938 with the establishment of Kim Teck Cheong as sole proprietor and over the years we have developed to a wholesale distributor of FMCG namely food and beverages, personal care and household products in East Malaysia. Our head office is based in Kota Kinabalu with additional distribution hubs in Tawau, Sandakan and Labuan (Sabah) and Sibu, Miri and Kuching (Sarawak). KTC Group provides market access and coverage for 3rd party brands of over 200 third party brands of CPG for over 37 brand owners to improve the lives of East Malaysian. With reputed local and international agencies under our portfolio and our business expansion, we drive our people to excellence with the right working attitude to contribute to the Company as well as East Malaysia. We believe our people are our most valuable asset.The Group's business also involves bread manufacturing and production. We manufacture a wide variety of products such as cream rolls, buns, cupcakes and sandwich loaves. The challengeslousy company i ever experience with. this is family business as long u good in flattering management then u good to go, as they will assign you the impossible task which even they cannot achieve one in century & will find fault on you if failed it. Lastly turn out they will demote & transfer u to rural area forced urslf to resign.
there is no training program nor mentor or supervisor guide for new staff. they just put u in the position and giving bunch of task and let you hitting the wall.
