    The good thingsGood benefit, all the higher management staff are efficient and strict, strictl is good as I can learn alot of things here. The best part is the experience gain here likely cannot be gain elsewhere.
    The challengesEverything you do must do it fast, the more you do the more you learn. Cannot be so calculative with the company. That is why this is a very challenging job.
