    Completely a disaster and nightmare.
    The good thingsSome of the colleagues are friendly and kind, not hesitant to teach you anything about the products. They're focusing on sales skills more than any skills. The figures of the numbers evaluate anything. It doesn't matter you're a good team leader, or good team player. And one more thing. They will keep switching their pov and opinions like Roti canai so you gotta think twice before you accept their offer or anything.
    The challengesI was new to the industry when I joined this company. Even though the application stated that training is provided. They did provide the "basic" training about "how to replace the batteries" and "adjust the bracelet links". That's it. They expected you to study the product knowledge by yourself. When I was doing research and notes on the brands and products. They told me not to do it during work. I was taking the product pictures to send them to my bulk buyer customers and they stopped me. I was creating the content and videos to update my TikTok platform to boost sales. Their superior told me to do it during my lunch break or off day. But I can swear that's no any customers around when I was doing all these. Even my job title is supervisor but the tasks they assigned to me is just housekeeping and serve customers. My superior said I never ask. I did ask for help and I want to learn but no one reach out their hand to me. DISAPPOINTED.

    A sales person who enjoy doing sales
    The good thingsEnvironment good since in shopping mall, nice colleague, ok management, reasonable pay too. Boss very performance driven which I understand why some staff feel he is strict which is normal at every workplace. boss is super nice when we produce good sales result.
    The challengessome times there will be hot tempered customers. cannot avoid since i am in this industry. need to be able to communicate well with them.

    Challenging but Learn A Lot
    The good thingsI am grateful that the manager here is very patience and willing to teach me and my colleagues from Operation dept to HR dept to Accounting dept. She is indeed very experienced and knowledgeable. There aren't many manager who willing to spend their time to teach new comers. I have learned a lot in this company.
    The challengesIt is hard to find parking here but no big issue. Some retail staffs are new, it is hard to communicate with them but it takes time. There are always new or unique issues happened since this is retail industry, although it is challenging but luckily we have someone to ask and get opinion from.

    The good thingsI've learned a lot from this company such as task that never does before definitely they will give you a try. The company has given me a lot of opportunity such as handling different department task and improvement on working, overall experience are good. Company environment is good, working with a brunch of young peoples is great experience ever.
    The challengesif you're a multitasker definitely the company would love you, but handling too much task at one time it will reduce the efficiency. The company direction is unclear, lack of SOP. Working here need to be smart, management level sometimes will twist their promises.

    If you are a watch enthusiasm then working here is fine as u will always get to meet new and latest products of watches and smartwatch
    The good thingsErm,to me the good things is i guess the colleague are friendly and helpful also yeah if u love watches then u pretty much enjoy working there.
    The challengesIf i have to be honest,the job is okay but the only thing bugging me is working in a mall which is 12 hours daily and only 1 day off and also u have to work extra 30 mins on Fri,Sat,Sunday so u will feel like ur time is limited.

    The good thingsi so enjoy and happy work at this company. My supervisor treat the staff so well and friendly. he training and teach me very well. this because i don't have information and knowledge about watch. i very understand type and rule must i doing in my work. i so appreciate and like work at this company. i like learn the new thing in my life. industry watch so new to me. this because just learn about business in my diploma. this so help me to apply what i learn in my diploma. to sales something you must be creative and attract or persuade the customer to buying your product.
    The challengesthe challenges i face on my job is to handle new watch. i improve my weakness like asking my senior and ask to my senior teach to handle that watch. When i free I will study with my superior about watch. i like to improve what i weakness. the challenges is good for me. because from that i can study what kind must I make the improvement in my career.

    The good thingslearn about something new in retail industry like make a service in repairing a watch, change the battery and etc
    The challengesalways learn something new even though you are just a sales consultant. i'm learning with my supervisor how to handle a customer, learn how to make a deal with supplier and learn about how to check the stock.
