Challenging but Learn A LotThe good thingsI am grateful that the manager here is very patience and willing to teach me and my colleagues from Operation dept to HR dept to Accounting dept. She is indeed very experienced and knowledgeable. There aren't many manager who willing to spend their time to teach new comers. I have learned a lot in this company.
The challengesIt is hard to find parking here but no big issue. Some retail staffs are new, it is hard to communicate with them but it takes time. There are always new or unique issues happened since this is retail industry, although it is challenging but luckily we have someone to ask and get opinion from.
