    The good thingsFlexible time, career growth,good pay with allowance,ot based on project, many skills can achieve,good bos and have some friendly,supportive employees. Good working environment. Enjoyable work and life balance. Kinetics now become under Exyte group as Exentech and grow into bigger company and moving to bigger industrial area at Bukit Minyak. Seems stable and Good company to stay.
    The challengesWork Based on project, meet deadlines but low support from superior/expertise. Sometimes work instructions not clear. Need to be independent and self esteem as a pioneer of project electrical leader. Self learning. Fast adapt. Must to be fast learner to catch up to fulfills the project given. Using all any source like AI to support our research.Contract 1 year but given 3 months to be permanent employee if shows good result and meet expectations.
