    The good thingsLove the opportunity to manage / deal with a variety of businessmen and businesswomen. Opportunity to learn more about business variety and their uniqueness in operating. Have ample of opportunity to interact & associate with variety of people from all corner of the country. From wet markets to established enterprise all under one single roof concept which is so unique in Malaysia.
    The challengesShould have a better system where senior middle management should not interfere with complex manager daily routine and decision making as often the interference due to their own preferences. This created unnecessary frictions among middle managements and uneasiness among the tenants. Environment often affected by these interferences for all, be it customers, tenants or management.
