The challengesNeed to work properly. need to learned something new, need to learned how to handle big issue in site. need to catch up work progress for finish by on time,need to learned fast and good work, need to works with many people around. Example like man con, sub con, clients, customer,workers. Need to be nice and bring company name like you bring your dignity. Furthermore, this company its good but i cannot stay along because got personal matter need to settle it.
