The challenges* Highly political work environment with excessive focus on hierarchy, influence, and personal advancement over teamwork and employee development. * Employee contributions are often overlooked, while credit may be claimed by politically driven individuals. * Perceived favoritism within management creates an uneven and unfair working environment. * Unprofessional or politically motivated behavior is frequently left unaddressed. * Team conflicts are not effectively managed, negatively impacting morale, collaboration, and trust. * Poor conflict resolution and workplace politics contribute to higher employee turnover risk. * Lack of accountability at leadership levels, with responsibilities often pushed downward without adequate ownership or guidance. * Some Team Leads, Junior Team Leads, and Managers lack sufficient technical, operational, or functional expertise to effectively support their teams. * Work is frequently delegated without clear direction, creating unnecessary challenges

The good thingsTeam was helpful and supportive, my queries didn't go unanswered. Time is flexible so long work is done on time, and there are no major disruptions to business operations.
The challengesWork load can be quite overwhelming at times. Work distribution can be better done by management. You are expected to also learn a lot by yourself with little guidance.
