I enjoy working here mainly because of my supportive and helpful colleagues. However, there are challenges with the management, such as bias in salary decisions and micromanagement from upper management, which affects decision-making in other departments.
The good thingsI really enjoy working here because of my colleagues. They are very nice and always ready to help me. I feel happy and supported by the team.
