I enjoy working here mainly because of my supportive and helpful colleagues. However, there are challenges with the management, such as bias in salary decisions and micromanagement from upper management, which affects decision-making in other departments.
The good thingsI really enjoy working here because of my colleagues. They are very nice and always ready to help me. I feel happy and supported by the team.
The challengesThe management can be a bit biased. Some new staff with no experience are paid more than existing workers, depending on who they prefer. Also, the upper management often tries to control decisions in departments that are not under them, which makes it hard for others to make their own decisions.
