    The challengesTHERE IS NO FUTURE FOR A CAREER HERE ! PROVEN VERY HIGH TURNOVER STAFF HERE ! Most of the management staff can't stand working here because they often dealing with annoying board members. Workload is not commensurate with the salary provided. Salary a bit low compare to the market. Too many ad-hoc meetings and task given to you. Interference from boards members, they don't care you on leave or off day, day or night, they will disturb and pressure you. They can whatapp you at anytime and you must response as soon as possible. Too many jobs need to be done. They pay u less, then you need to do a lot of things. IF YOU LOOK FOR CHALLENGE AND WOULD GAIN SOME EXPERIENCE, THIS IS THE PLACE !

    The staff is ok but the Board too micromanage.If it still continues, it it will jeopardize staff morale and the Company itself.

    The challengesToo many meeting but no action taken. meeting are after working hours. Too many Ad Hoc task given to you like "wahyu" Political Management are very2 bad.

    The good thingsIf you look for challenge and would like to test your self, this is the place.
    The challengesLong working hours (informally), no one have guts to decide anything (even the General Manager). Meeting... meeting and meeting. They even can whatapp you as early as 4.00am in the morning and as late as 11.59pm at night.
