Our mission statement
KotaSAS was given the mandate to develop 1,500 acres of plantation land known as Ladang Kurnia Setia Bukit Goh in Kuantan, Pahang. Due to rapid growth and high demand, KotaSAS land bank has now been expanded to over 2,100 acres.
