    The good things- Strong exposure in hospital operations, especially in procurement and inventory management, providing valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment. - Opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities early, including managing Purchasing and Central Store functions. - Good platform to develop multitasking skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience under pressure.
    The challenges- Workload and responsibilities can be high compared to role level, requiring better alignment between job scope and position grading. - Career progression and salary growth may be slower compared to market standards. - Some processes could be further improved or streamlined to enhance operational efficiency.

    The good thingsThe positive work environment here is one of the fun things about working here. The staff here are also friendly and respect each other. The facilities provided at this hospital are also excellent and convenient.
    The challengesThe most challenging thing for me is the food in the cafeteria, which is quite expensive for a practical student like me.

    Don’t be fooled by the looks
    The good thingsEveryone although some outliers will treat you like a family. Happy work enviroment
    The challengesNo clear cut employee’s rights. No employee handbooks were given. Different hospital HR different rules. Salary is on the lower end of the scale tho they never transparent with the salary scale. The benefits are so - so,better to get your own medical card. If you are working in allied health, expect not to have work life balance. If you’re in managerial position,probably you have to sacrifice your work life balance and expect whatsapp and crisis management to be the backbone of your existence. No bonus for past 3 years and very little salary increment.
