Worked in KPJ was a great experience!The good thingsI had experience to enhance my programming skills and understanding flow of private hospital operation. Besides, the amenities and benefits were quite encouraged and good. I were also had chance to travel to oversea to join the developer team from there and had traveled to all over the state in Malaysia, since KPJ branches are almost in every state in Peninsular and North Malaysia.
The challengesThe good challenges working in KPJ were the tasks in handling all the branches hospitals which I need to standardize the work flow, organization and the methods of system operation handling. Besides, I also faced the challenges on the effort to enhance the system to be full used and ease the hospitals operation transaction such as the reporting and the census.
