The good thingsthis company capture many high rise projects so good experience for those who interested to gain experience in designing of high rise structure and also this company going to expandable so maybe more opportunity to gain knowledge.

The challengesChallenges come in term of work loads. sometime we need to stay back at office to finish pending works to meet the tender datelines. but as we always practice work in team so there is no challenges that we can't overcome. but sometimes company's guidelines also can be challenges to staff such as we are blocked by using internet service which it really important currently to surf new data or info.
