Good Place to learn but tainted by poor senior management treatment towards juniorsGood place to learn. However, "Harsh treatment" towards newcomers especially by senior roles in terms of position or experience need to be stopped. HR need to really look into this.

Lovely environment but toxicity at its finest
The good thingsFace paced working environment causes you to keep pushing to your limits and adapt new things. Good pay and incentives. Able to learn a lot from the staff and workers. Able to improve hands on.
The challengesDealing with hectic job with no proper job scope and sometimes exceeding working hours with no overtime provided for executives. Toxic environment and young managers with literally boss type attitude and low leadership skills. Micromanagement vastly applies here.

It's a super fast pace environment. It can be stressful yet fulfilling if you can manage it.
The good thingsComplex & dynamic working environments. Lots of things to learn & opportunities for career advancement.
The challengesFast growing environment but slowing moving people readiness. It's a challenge to catch up with the fast pace when people are not ready.

If you aimed for experiences and high benefits/salaries, you recommended to apply here. A big place where you can utilize your skills. However, if you concerned about your mental health and work-life balance, this company is not for you. Quite high employees turnover
The good thingsHigh salaries and benefits, can learnt a lot of new things since this company is a plantation industries.

    Rare Experience, unreasonable work-life balance.
The good thingsCan learn the whole mill
The challengesEntitled as an engineer that not only does the engineering work. Wheres, have to deal with insanely tedious management work. No proper guidelines for the executive level. The working agreement has not stated anything regarding working hours where the management takes this advantage to utilize executive as much as they could. As result, our life suffers to work more than 14hrs daily.

    Internal audit (Audit Trainee)
    Jan 2020

Excellent experience in dealing with real life auditing situations, improved self-confidence and developed abilities in various communication techniques to a variety of audiences.
The good thingsGroomed me well as they treat me just as one of their internal auditors. Be it on the job scope, expectations and meeting the datelines. Since KLK seems to be a well-known company that has professional network in the world, I felt that an internship at KLK was a great platform for me to gain deeper insights into the audit industry. KLK is also known for its focus on diversity as well as career development programmes which I believe provide numerous learning opportunities for the interns.
The challengesI realised that we have to make an impact where we work by asking for responsibility and looking for ways to achieve accomplishments. Be willing to work more hours than you are required to expand your skill set. Their expectations are high like their productions.

Think twice before you apply this job.
The good thingsThe good things are you can enjoy how breathtaking to live in an oil palm or rubber estates. Free of pollutions, no traffic congestions, out of restrictions from your parent and you can discover different culture in your life. These are all good experiences as long as you get a good and understanding leader.
The challengesThat's no free lunch in this world. It's a workplace for a tough man. People who say it is a work for someone who likes to work at outdoor. Personally, I disagree with that description. If you think you could screw people up for gaining 'respect' from your man, you could consider applying for this job. This is because you have to manage the foreigners who don't familiar your language.
