    Lovely environment but toxicity at its finest
    The good thingsFace paced working environment causes you to keep pushing to your limits and adapt new things. Good pay and incentives. Able to learn a lot from the staff and workers. Able to improve hands on.
    The challengesDealing with hectic job with no proper job scope and sometimes exceeding working hours with no overtime provided for executives. Toxic environment and young managers with literally boss type attitude and low leadership skills. Micromanagement vastly applies here.

    The challengesFast growing environment but slowing moving people readiness. It's a challenge to catch up with the fast pace when people are not ready.
