    Great colleagues who keep you motivated, but there are better opportunities elsewhere.
    The good thingsThe colleagues are friendly and helpful. The company frequently celebrates various festivals, so there's plenty of free food every month.
    The challengesThere are no opportunities for career development in the Project Logistics Department. The manager in this department prioritizes profit over employee health and loyalty. Favoritism is prevalent, as better opportunities are given to those who are close to the bosses, even if they are not competent at their jobs. Meanwhile, high-performing employees who lack such connections are often mistreated. Although there is a work-from-home entitlement, supervisors tend to restrict its usage. Contract workers receive minimal benefits, with only RM50 a month for medical claims.

    The good thingsSupportive and positive work environment. Bosses are nice and great! The overall corporate long term goals are clearly visible and there are many self development training and opportunities.
    The challengesNo public transport so you would need either a car or bike to reach office. And it is quite far if your home is not near Shah Alam.

    Have the opportunity to experience the real logistics working environment.
    The good thingsI have the opportunity to do what permanent employees are doing everyday like handling shipment, issuing invoice and dealing with complaints or customer inquiry. The company system is quite good overall, so you will have a clear guidance or SOP to do your job. You can learn a lot of logistics knowledge or gain working experience in logistics field which will benefit your future career.
    The challengesUnbalanced work life as the work load is quite heavy for an intern. Sometimes, intern also have to follow up his/her shipment at home during weekend. There is only 5-6 employees in one department due to headcount constraint. Therefore, intern needs to cover the permanent employee job as well if he or she is not around. OT culture is common in this company, so intern might need to stay up late in order to complete the tasks given.

    The challengesThe working environment is not competitive and dynamic for youngsters. Suitable environment for people who are seeking for retirement. Low increment and grow opportunities because of the scale of the company. Bonus were divided into 2 times per year but you are require to forfeit the one month bonus if you chose to resign.

    The good thingsCompany give medical card to you where you can go to any clinic if you get sick. Then company also provide training for anyone else that want more knowledge in logistic area, safety and many more.. basic salary and bonus also affordable..
    The challengesMake many experience here, whereby you will survive and doing work with different challenge every day..you must make fast decision when you have problem..At KN, i build many experience that i cant get at other workplace..

    The challengesPropects and career growth are slow since the organisation are big. Should increase more training for the staff to perform well. They must have staff evaluation for every year to identify the best employee for an reward. Company is not in public transportation area hence should provide transport for employee working late
