Work till you drop but u gain substantial of skills n knowledgeThe good thingsWork with the right ppl n department, you get to learn a lot, if you r humble, many are willing to teach n share knowledge. Very diverse in terms of things to pick up, great to walk thru if you are hardworking and not calculative, good for the youngs ppl. Anyway it's like a big family where the culture is pretty much helping one another but you may have view some kind of politics amongst the senior management. But again, just do your job... You'll be good.
The challengesEverything is urgent, a long list. Depends on which department of course, Be prepare to work till you drop anyway but you will have support from one another so it's not that bad. Lots of festive events but if you dun like gathering it's not the place for u. Not much of work-life balance cause at the end of the day, you'll be drop dead tired too. But again I would say you'll have understanding bosses and willing to teach you from zero if you are humble enough n able to blend in with most of the ppl there.
