    The challengesIs good for you to start as a foundation for. maybe around 2-3 years. Don't expect much for increments , this is Typical Chinaman Company, even though they have a new business in house deco as Objet , they will not compensate your work towards the business growth , will only demand more from you. For Ecomm department ? ohh no... this company is full with gossip, be careful your back if you decide to work here.

    Terrible working experience. Not friendly to intern.
    The good thingsNot even enjoy work here. The workload for intern is too much. We were told to work even if we back home.
    The challengesWork life not balanced. Not much opportunities for your career development. The working environment is not bad. But some of the colleagues not really nice.
