    The challengesContract base, if there have no project, your contact not be continued. no time for holiday during peak time (weekend also work) and if you married, you will absolutely have no time with your family.

    The challengesMultitasking. Not recommended for long term until you are 55, no one is older than your director, all youngster and not enough senior to guide you. Must be independent or you are no longer in the job. High turnover too, new come and go easily. Also low salary and benefit.

    The good thingsCompany provide a flexible schedule with has two working shift. Groups of Drive Test Enginneer (DTE) will be given specification on they need to do for. If you are fresh employee, you will be assigned with senior engineer and learns all the basic things from work planning until submission on data. Employees should be optimistic and handle the mild stressful working environment.
    The challengesDTE need to a confirmation from DTA after submission of data. Either we need to proceed to next location or redo it again as to ensure the data meet the requirement assigned by DTA.
