    Not good for long term
    The good thingsOnly good for fresh/junior. Friendly college.
    The challengesMultitasking. Not recommended for long term until you are 55, no one is older than your director, all youngster and not enough senior to guide you. Must be independent or you are no longer in the job. High turnover too, new come and go easily. Also low salary and benefit.

    The good thingsWorking here makes you to get hands on experience on the tasks allocated to you. Interference from management on your decisions and ideas are limited. The top level management acknowledges your hard work and commitment towards the company and clients.
    The challengesChallenges would be considered as a part of our task. So complete the task and get over your challenge swiftly. Challenge yourself i would say rather than challenges working in the company. Prove you are capable of making it happen rather then giving reasons that can't make it happen.
