Okay but could have been way better.
The good thingsSlightly higher allowances, good environment, not too busy for interns.
The challengesLack of trust from the staffs leading to little to tasks to perform which leads to little exposure for the industry which also effects marks for interns.

Good benefits, but over workload and unfriendly environment.
The good thingsThe company provides good benefits.
The challengesManagement does not give clear instructions, making it difficult for employees to know exactly what to do at each step. The role is not suitable for fresh graduates or those without prior experience — it is more suitable for experienced professionals. Colleagues rarely help each other and the working environment can feel cold, which often leaves you feeling helpless. The workload is extremely heavy and the pace is very fast, with expectations to deliver work both quickly and perfectly.

The leader provides unclear guidance, fosters a toxic environment with unfriendly colleagues, and fails to offer support or proper resources.
The good thingsGood working environment, free parking and meal allowances after joined 3 months
The challengesThe leader lacks proper guidance skills, offering unclear instructions and inconsistent feedback. Colleagues are unfriendly, with the leader setting a negative example by badmouthing customers. Additionally, the leader gives orders without providing necessary support, templates, or clear guidelines.

There are too many deadlines at work, and as a beginner who hasn't fully familiarized all the steps yet, you're expected to finish the job quickly. Sometimes, the team leader arranges for beginners to work with other team members to share the workload, but since everyone in the team is very experienced, the beginner feels like they're dragging others down. The other team members finish their tasks, but you're still stuck. Making you feel anxious and under pressure, causing you to doubt whether you're suited for the job.
The good thingsThe office environment and benefits are great, the colleagues are nice, and the company encourages having meals together with colleagues to strengthen relationships.
The challengesHigh-pressure environment, this job can easily make people feel irritated. Overtime is a daily routine, and there is no work-life balance. Not a very friendly to beginners, and the training is insufficient because each situation is different, leading to many small details being left out.

Good place for fresh graduates to get into the industry
The good thingsThe staff benefits are good and salary payouts are higher than the average. Individual advancements are highly appreciated by the company.
The challengesToo much internal admin works to carry out and follow ups. Most of the time wasted in internal reporting.

Recommend if you are a senior level staff
The good thingsThe salary is slightly above average. Friendly colleagues. Good career advancement opportunities cause less senior level staff. Monthly sales target of the company is clearly laid out, so each employees will be very clear of what they should achieve each month.
The challengesEven though working hours stated 9-6, however, the company’s culture is that they will make you feel bad for leaving on time (all employees staying) even if you have completed the task. You even need to go back to work on weekends if asked by your senior. Inexperienced seniors try to make you feel intimidated for asking questions relevant to the job and expect you to figure it out on your own. They do not acknowledge that the juniors were facing problems. Seniors negotiate low prices with clients in order to secure the contract, on the flip side, they were allocating more jobs for each staff possible to handle all the jobs to increase their profitability.

    Not recommend
The good thingsWorking environment is new and clean. Modern outlook. Friendly staff.
The challengesParking is a big problem. Salary is lower than other firm. Interview arrangement is very bad, left the candidates with poor impression on this firm. After spend 1 hour to fill in the form(all subjective EQ question), you need to wait for another 1 hour+ to get 10mins interview without given a chance for candidate to ask question. Other candidates faced the same situation also, feel unrespectful, long wait for short interview. Some candidate even leave there while fill in the form, waiting time is too long. Think before go to interview. Not recommended.
