What’s it like working at La Juiceria?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at La Juiceria appreciate the opportunities to learn new things, the flexible work environment with no punch card system and the ability to wear comfortable clothing, as well as perks such as receiving leftover juice and meeting celebrities. They also value the exposure and connections with other big brand names that share a similar vision and mission.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as multitasking expectations and being asked to take on tasks outside of one's job scope, an expectation to respond promptly to communication from management even during non-working hours, a perception of favouritism towards certain employees, low increments and a lack of parking perks or other benefits mentioned, and physically demanding roles that require standing for long periods with limited opportunities to sit.

    Very special experience
The good thingsMet with wonderful colleagues and enjoyed working with cuatomers that were very curious on the producta we were promoting. Enjoyed several perks that was given to the staff. Experienced the busy life of the city like never before by just watching so many different people walking by soing what they do best.
The challengesI did not like that I had to commute so far from home and there was no parking perks as I had to use my own cash to park in a parking lot for hours. Did not enjoy standing for hours and only sit for minutes.
